NOVELCRETE SB

NOVELCRETE SB is a versatile SBR dispersion admixture for use in repair mortars and other cementitious mixes where it wholly or partially replaces the water content of the mix.  Its use as a secondary binder in cementitious mixes improves toughness, along with flexural and tensile strengths, as well as reduces permeability so that resistance to wetting and erosion is increased enhancing durability.  Further, it almost totally resists carbonation.

NOVELCRETE SB has been specifically developed as an admixture for cement-based building materials. It is designed to improve the physical, mechanical and chemical resistant properties both in the fresh and hardened state. NOVELCRETE SB has a strong plasticising effect on cementitious mixes. Thereby allowing a reduction in water : cement ratio which results in reduced permeability of the hardened material. NOVELCRETE SB gives good early strength development, and improves the flexural and compressive strengths. Use of a primer coat of a cement slurry containing NOVELCRETE SB, is an excellent method of achieving superior adhesive bond strengths. NOVELCRETE SB can also be used as a waterproof slurry coat on vertical & horizontal surface.
