CORROPRIME

CORROPRIME is a single-pack specially formulated polymeric solution, which is fully compatible with cement. It is the best choice for protection of steel. It is also an elastomeric Polymeric formulation specially designed to protect mild steel or Tor steel from corrosion. Ideally if conditions around steel are maintained in high alkaline range preferably in pH range of 11.5 to 13, it is not likely to corrode.  Cement itself being alkaline in nature, provides a permanent protective medium around the steel.  However being brittle, cement has poor flexural and tensile properties with the result it tends to chip off from the steel surface on the slightest impact.
